Dr. Jacobsen says "Avoid pain medications.
It does not appear that patient needs narcotic medications at this time in any case".

Note: Roxanol (morphine) is a narcotic. Contrary to Dr. Jacobsen's recommendation,
Dr. David A. Smith prescribed Roxinol at the time of her discharge, three days later.
