Comments: Daughter called and related mom was restless and
didn't sleep all night.
Called to ask what to do.

Plan: Give 1 mg Ativan after taking patient to bathroom &
putting in bed.
If after 6 hours patient still restless,
give another 1 mg.

Patient can have 1 mg every 6 hours as needed for
restlessness / anxiety.

Daughter to call back if this doesn't settle her mom down.
